Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruiting top IT talent across various roles. You will play a crucial role in supporting our growth by identifying and attracting high-quality candidates for our technology departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and extending job offers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth and organized recruiting process.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts to create a pipeline of talent.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruiting.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close candidates effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with recruitment for specialized IT roles (e.g., software developers, data scientists, cybersecurity experts).
- Knowledge of current market trends and salary benchmarks for IT positions.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS, or similar) is a plus.
